A credit pack adds 1,000 credits for $10 and is valid for 12 months. Pack credits are used after the monthly ones, so nothing is wasted.
Regional pricing
Teams in low-income countries such as Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos and Nepal pay $12 a month or $120 a year. If your country is not listed, write to us.
More than 15 people
During the beta the plan is for teams of up to 15. If you are bigger, tell us about your team and we will work something out.
Questions
What is an AI credit?
Credits measure how much AI work the workspace has used. A short assistant answer uses a few credits; reading a long agreement into a project uses more. Settings shows credits used this month and which features used them. Unused monthly credits do not carry over; pack credits do.
What happens when the credits are used up?
AI features pause until the 1st of the next month or until you buy a credit pack. Everything else keeps working.
Why do you need a card for the trial?
It keeps the trial honest and lets your workspace continue without a gap when the trial ends. You are not charged during the 14 days, and you can cancel before the end without paying.
Where is my data?
Your workspace runs in the region you choose, Singapore or Frankfurt, with its own database and file storage. Nothing is shared with other customers. See the privacy policy and the list of subprocessors.
Can I leave and take everything with me?
Yes. You can export the full database and all files on request, and the software is open source, so you can run the same Sastra yourself. See self-hosting.
How do I cancel?
From your account page, at any time. Access continues to the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy.
