Refund policy

The free trial
Every workspace starts with 14 days free. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Cancelling is a button on your account page; no one needs to approve it.
Monthly subscriptions
You can cancel at any time and keep using the workspace until the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund the remaining days of a month, except as required by the law where you live.
Yearly subscriptions
If you cancel within 30 days of a yearly payment, we refund it in full. After 30 days, the subscription runs to the end of the year you paid for and is not refunded.
AI credit packs
A credit pack is a one-time purchase. It can be refunded within 14 days if none of its credits have been used.
When something went wrong on our side
If the service was unavailable for a long time, or a defect stopped your team from working and we could not fix it, we will refund the affected period. Write to support@sastra.cloud and tell us what happened.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle, our merchant of record, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
